Custom Orders

We gladly take requests for custom orders. Please contact Corina[AT]anirocdesign[DOT]com with any question you might have. A 20% deposit will be due at time of ordering.

Ordering

Here at Aniroc design we take pride in creating each piece of jewelry by hand. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery from time of ordering. In most cases order ships out within 2-3 business days. If your order will be delayed we will notify you via email or phone call with an estimated ship date.

*If your order is time sensitive, we will try to accommodate your request.

Please consider your choices carefully with stated measurements, as all jewelry is custom made to order.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns

The price of shipping is non-refundable. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund or exchange accompanied by a sales receipt. Items must be in unworn and saleable condition with all tags attached.

Sale items, custom orders or sized merchandise are final sale and can not be returned.

Shipping

Aniroc design uses USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmations for shipping. All orders over $100 receive FREE shipping with exception. USPS Express Mail is available per request.

Repairs

Damage due to shipping-Items damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge (including shipping fees) We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt if item was damaged due to shipping.

Sizing

You can let us know the exact sizes needed (ring size and necklace length). Please note, that sizes are approximate, especially with rings. Know your ring size prior to ordering. Once made, rings cannot be resized and are considered a "custom order" therefore cannot be returned. Larger rings are naturally heavier and will have some shifting. Please list your specifications at checkout.

Sales Tax

By law we are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within California.

Guarantee

We guarantee all our pieces to be free of defects in workmanship before leaving our premises. Should your jewelry break upon inspection and was a result of faulty manufacturing, we will repair the item at no additional cost to the customer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

"The first rule for caring for gemstone jewelry is to treat it as you would any of your valuable possessions." Some hand-crafted jewelry is more delicate than others, so it should be handled with care. "Avoid wearing your gemstone jewelry when involved in activities that could cause it damage such as yard work, active sports and the like. You wouldn't wear your finest silk dress while gardening, likewise, there are inappropriate times to wear your fine jewelry.

As for cleaning, keep it simple. The best way to clean your colored gemstone jewelry is to use a mild solution of soap and water.

After letting your jewelry soak, gently brush your jewelry with a soft brush. Rinse the jewelry thoroughly, and lay it on a soft cloth to dry. It is best to avoid cleaning jewelry in ultrasonic cleaners, harsh chemicals or abrasives. Pearls, especially, should be protected from contact with perfumes, cosmetics and hairsprays. Store your jewelry in separate sections of your jewelry box or in a fabric pouch. All items are shipped "gift wrapped" with box and bow and note.
